We’re here to talk you through the chaos and hopefully, get you laughing. We strive to make sure you walk into your event with a bounce in your step and a smile on your face.

Weddings

  • Initial in-person consultation

  • In-person planning meeting and venue walkthrough (must be scheduled at the same time; a separate venue walkthrough will incur an additional $100 fee)

  • Master Blueprint outlining production schedule, event timelines, vendor directory, event layout, and more

  • Wedding Party Blueprint outlining key contact information, important timeline details, and other pertinent points of interest presented in a mobile-friendly format that can easily be sent to your inner circle to ensure everyone is on the same page

  • Vendor Blueprint providing a comprehensive snapshot of the day for all involved vendors to ensure everyone is up to speed about all of the moving parts you've put in place to create a beautiful wedding

  •  Unlimited phone and email consultation 30 days prior to event

  • Confirm final details with vendors and venue week prior to event

  • Rehearsal coordination (rehearsal dinner coordination available for additional fee)

  • Up to 12 hours assistance on the day of the event (includes two Blue Moon Events coordinators)

  • Oversee set-up and clean-up of the event and coordinate vendors to ensure your vision is fully realized from start to finish

  • Use of the Blue Moon Event Emergency Kit (EEK! ), which includes more than 90 items to ensure those last minute emergencies are resolved quickly and quietly ($175 value)

  • 25 percent discount on Minted Wedding products

  • Vendor referrals

Booking requirement: 50 percent to secure services and balance due over two payments with final payment due 48 hours prior to event.

This option is for the planner-on-a-tight-budget. It’s a month away from the big day, you’ve got all the details pretty much in place, and you’ve lined up a friend or relative to be your behind-the-scenes coordinator. You just want to make sure you haven’t missed anything and that everything is organized.

Weddings

  • Initial consultation by phone, email, or video conference (add $100 per in-person consultation)

  • One planning meeting by phone, email, or video conference (add $100 per in-person consultation)

  • Initial copy of Blueprint (planning document with production schedule, event timelines, vendor directory, event layout, and more)

  • Two rounds of edits (additional edits will incur an additional charge of $25 per round)

  • Final digital Blueprint emailed to your inbox one week before event

Everything was done remotely via phone and email and it all transpired very smoothly. Jenny ended up putting together a blueprint for me to follow, including decorations, food, drinks, and activity timeline - all related to my “barnyard friends” theme. She even sent links to recipes and places to purchase her suggestions. I had the idea, Jenny made the plan, and I executed it, and it turned out better than my wildest imagination!   • Two-hour in-home visit to assess space, determine theme, and identify event decor options ($100 per additional in-person consultation)

  • Mini Blueprint outlining budget, theme, production timeline, event decor, menu, and shopping lists sent electronically within one week of in-home consultation

  • Vendor referrals

Booking requirement: Balance due in full before in-home meeting to commence service.
